RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

It is important to us that our customers are satisfied with their purchase.  If you are unhappy with the item you ordered, you may return non-custom items for a refund or exchange. You must ensure the item has not been altered in any way and is returned in its original packaging along with any free gifts within 7 days. If you fail to comply with these terms you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

You have within 24 hours to cancel any orders placed on our website, after 24 hours all orders are confirmed and can no longer be cancelled but may be altered subject to availabilty and requirements. 


PROCESSING RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you would like to return an item you must contact us via email within 3 working days of receiving the item. If we agree to accept the item - you must send it back for a refund or exchange within 7 days. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of the item and ensure the item is returned in its original condition and has not been altered.

Refunds & Exchanges will be processed subject to availabilitiy and only once the returned item has been received and inspected. You should allow a maximum of 14 working days from the day we receive the item for your exchange or refundto be processed.

To exchange an item(s) you must: 

1. Send an email within 72 hours of receiving your order to our Customer Care department info@moramode.com detailing why you wish to return the item. 

2. Ensure you quote your order number, full name and billing address on your email. 

3. On receipt of your email our Customer Care will provide you with the returns address.

4. Return the item(s) to us. We recommend that you insure the parcel as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive the item. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending and a tracking number. 


5. All items must be returned to us unused and in its orginal state, the wigs should not be altered in any way or this will invalidate your request for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and with all elements included. The item(s) will be inspected on return and an exchange or credit note will be given provided the goods are received in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
A Custom Order is any requirement selected on our website with either a “+45“ "+60“+days” or the word “Custom“ besides it. Any requests sent via email or order invoices sent from us via PayPal will be considered a Custom Order. If a detailed order agreement has been formed between the Customer and our Company via any third party website / platform this is also classified as a Custom Order. All Custom Orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Custom lace wigs take at least 45 working days in some instances they may take up to 65 working days.

Under certain conditions we may choose to accept the return of a custom order, but a minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
