DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 5-10 working days, subject to availability. Custom wigs can take from 14 working days to at least 45 working days to complete depending on the requirements selected. 

You have within 24 hours to cancel any orders placed on our website, after 24 hours all orders are confirmed and can no longer be cancelled but may be altered subject to availabilty and requirements.

Delivery charges to Europe and the Rest of the World will vary. MORAMODE will not be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. A signature will be required on delivery, we suggest a work address if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery. If for some reason you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card from the courier with details on how to arrange a re-delivery. MORAMODE  does not accept any responsibility for lost parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for or marked as delivered.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Our products are sent from the UK by DHL or UPS tracked & signed delivery services. 
Worldwide orders are sent using an International Signed For service. All services require a signature upon delivery; someone should be at the delivery address to receive the item.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address has been entered fully and correctly at checkout. Once an order has been placed we are unable to change the delivery address due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

DHL do not deliver to P.O Box addresses. If you have entered a P.O box or Military base address, you will be contacted prior to dispatch.

Most items (depending on stock) are shipped within 5 working days of receiving payment. This dispatch time does not include ‘pre order’ or 'custom' items. Pre & Custom Orders will have a different estimated dispatch time.

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note some USA & European Union Countries may not have to pay taxes.

Remote Delivery Areas (Worldwide)
If you live in a designated remote area, the price to pay for living in a beautiful place is extra postage costs. Should your order get flagged to us as Remote, we will contact you to pay the surcharge. Usually this cost will be approximately £10. This fee is levied on top of the original postage costs by the courier. Should you not wish to pay the remote charge, we will cancel the order and refund any monies owing in full. Unfortunately the remote area surcharge is not a charge applied by MORAMODE and is applied by the postal/courier service used. 

We may offer a free delivery service but this is subject to a minimum £399 spend.

Your selection and confirmation of any order placed indicates your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

  

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Once your order has been processed you will be sent an email to the email address you provided during the checkout process confirming receipt of your order. Please retain this email as it contains important information that you may require at a later date. 

By placing an order with MORAMODE  you are authorising us to perform authenticate your identity in order to validate your card payment. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and PayPal. 

If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us. MORAMODE  will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery, however we will inform you if your payment has been declined.
